Peppers Moonah Links Resort Mornington Peninsula as been designed to harmonise with the land which has been moulded from ancient rolling sand dunes. The accommodation has been designed by leading architects to optimise the stunning course-side position and reflect the natural undulating landscape. Featuring natural materials, clean design lines and earthy Australian tones the suites complement the natural beauty of the site and preserve the existing native flora, including the Moonah trees.

All 60 accommodation rooms and suites feature views of 'The Legends' golf course and surrounding landscaped gardens, or of the central putting green. Furnishings are in a modern style with the Peppers touch - soft leather covered seats and lounges, modern appliances and natural colours. All rooms also feature balconies or patios.

Moonah Room
Featuring a king-sized bed or two singles, the Moonah Rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults.

1 Bedroom Suite
Featuring a king-sized bed or two single beds, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and double foldout sofa in the lounge, our one-bedroom suites can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

2 Bedroom Suite
Our two-bedroom suites feature a king-size bed or two single beds in both bedrooms and a double fold out sofa in the lounge. They accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Accommodating up to 110 guests, you can dine overlooking the rolling greens of the Open Course, either on the sunny terrace or in the dining room with the fire blazing in winter.

And what better place to relax after a game than in the Spike Bar. Also offering superb views of the Open Course and the scattered native Moonah trees, the Spike Bar offers guests an area in which to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or nightcap.

Peppers Moonah Links is located on Peter Thomson Drive, Fingal, VIC 3939. 

Peppers Moonah Links Resort is only 90 minutes drive from Melbourne along the Nepean Highway.

From Melbourne (CBD or Airport) travel south on the Point Nepean Highway or the new Mornington Peninsula Freeway. After driving through the town of Rosebud, turn left off the Point Nepean Hwy onto Trueman's Road. Heading towards Gunamatta Beach, the entrance to Peppers Moonah Links is on your right after Brown's Road. Turning right through the front gates of the Moonah Links golf estate, drive along Peter Thompson Drive until you approach the Clubhouse where you can check in at Reception.

Helicopter landing pads are located on-site and we can arrange for alternative transfers such as limousines.  Please ask us.
